If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective products with original tags purchased on our website for a full refund or exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please contact us for an exchange. All returns must be accompanied with the original tag, an order number and the record of sale. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Once returned items are received, a refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- When returning a gift, we will refund the purchase amount as store credit once the return is received.
- Gift sets and bundles are considered as single items and cannot be partially returned.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
